Aisha Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has proven her acting versatility by performing outstandingly in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. Anna's performance as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major breakthrough. It was however her performance as women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actress. Hind also received high praises for her performance as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that 9-1-1 will be renewed for another season. Hind completed filming for the Hollywood blockbuster Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is scheduled to release by mid-2019. Her father Krishnaraj, an Army Scientist, who passed away on the 18th of March 2017. She as well as her mother Vrinda have both been homemakers. Aditya Rai is her older brother is an engineer in the merchant marine industry. Her younger brother, Aditya Rai, co-produced Dil Ka Rishta and wrote the song along with Bachchan. In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan, a regular co-star, and child of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of the most powerful Indian people.
